This is a coat rack which is made to last, and you won’t see two which are the same. 

We operate a small, family run, workshop in the countryside. We love what we do and with years of carpentry experience we feel like we are pretty good at it! All of our wooden pieces are handmade by us in our workshop to order.

We believe wood should not go to waste and that is why the majority of wood we use comes from our friends over at local saw mills who source trees which were felled during projects such as HS2 and which, without their intervention, would have been burned without being given a second chance to be something amazing. Instead, the wood is saved, sawn, dried (seasoned), and then we take it to our workshop and make it into something beautiful!

Installation:

Installation is a breeze with the included button fixings!

Each coat hook has two mounting plates secured on the back and is supplied with two green disks and one red one. Simply screw one of the green disks into the wall where you would like your coat hook to sit, and place the red disk into one of the rear mounting plates and slide the rack onto the already fitted green disk. Once your rack is level, press the rack into the wall and the red disk will mark where your second green disk needs to be affixed. Remove the rack, screw in the second green disk and slide your rack securely into place. You can go ahead and discard the red disk once used. It’s that simple!

What you should know:

We know you appreciate that every piece of wood is unique, so expect slight imperfections and knots that add character and individuality to each item. Yew is bright in colour and as well as the orange tones can have purples and reds running through it!

You should be aware that heat can have an impact on the wood, so avoid placing the coat rack over a radiator to prevent any potential issues.

To ensure safe delivery, our furniture is supplied in flat-pack form with all necessary fixings included. You'll just need a drill or screwdriver to complete the assembly. Should you have any questions about the assembly process, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.
