Christmas Delivery Update

At Cutting Edge Creations, we understand that the holiday season is a busy time for everyone. We want to ensure that our customers are well-informed about our Christmas delivery schedule and any potential delays that may occur.

Christmas Delivery Schedule:

Due to the high volume of orders during the Christmas period, our processing time may be slightly longer than usual. We strive to have all orders processed and shipped within 10 working days, but please be aware that there may be delays during this time.

We will get as many orders out as possible prior to the provided courier cut off of the 20th December, but these orders may progress more slowly as couriers take time off. 

If you have any concerns about the timescale of your delivery, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you and provide updates on the status of your order.

Time Off Over Christmas:

As a small business, we believe in the importance of taking time off to spend with loved ones during the holiday season. Therefore, please note that our team will be taking a short break from the 22nd December to the 2nd January to recharge and enjoy the festivities.

During this time, our customer service team will be unavailable, and there may be a delay in responding to any inquiries or requests. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this period.
