All of our pieces are handmade to order right here in the UK — crafted, finished, and packed with care. Because of this, we need a little time to work our magic before your order is ready to ship.

Wooden items: Dispatched within up to 15 working days.
3D printed items: Usually sent within 3–5 working days.

During busier periods (or for particularly custom requests), dispatch times may take a little longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

We ship using ParcelForce or Evri, depending on the size and weight of your order. You’ll receive full tracking details once your parcel’s on its way.

For deliveries outside the UK and EU, we use UPS or FedEx to get your order to you safely.

International orders:
Please note that we’re not yet registered to collect local import taxes for destinations outside the UK. This means your country’s customs office may charge these fees before delivery. We’re working on bringing tax processing in-house soon to make things easier!
