Our oak is sourced responsibly from local sawmills — often trees felled during infrastructure projects (like HS2) that would otherwise be burned. We season it, treat it with care, and turn it into something special instead of letting it go to waste.

Installation Notes:

• Mounts flush with the wall using concealed fixings (included)

• Holes are not pre-drilled to avoid risk to your pipes/wires

• You'll need a drill suitable for solid oak

• Let the beam acclimatise to your home (especially near fireplaces) for 1–2 weeks before installing

• Natural splits and knots are part of the charm — we stabilise anything that needs it

• Changes in temperature may shift the wood slightly over time

• Due to custom sizing, this item cannot be returned under UK/EU law — but we’re always here to help if anything goes wrong
