• Not dishwasher safe — hand wash with warm, soapy water and dry straight away.

• Do not leave to soak.

• Every 6 months, refresh with a little food-grade mineral oil or board butter to keep the walnut rich and happy.

• Like all wooden boards, this piece will show natural knife marks over time — but that’s part of its story.
